<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the;2 day of October, 2002, Deutsche Bank Trust Co.
<br />Americas, formerly known as Bankers Trust Co., as Trustee & Custodian, by and through its loan servicing
<br />agent, Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., formerly known as Meritech Mortgage Services, Inc., as plaintiff, filed
<br />its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Mandy M. Loftus, as defendant, the object
<br />and prayer of such Petition being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Mandy M.
<br />Loftus, a single person, to American Pioneer Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Homeowners Loan Corp., a Delaware corporation, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the
<br />real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate
<br />hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other
<br />equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated January 31, 2001 and was recorded March 1, 2001, as
<br />Instrument No. 2001 -01541 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />LOT 5 IN BLOCK 2 OF JACK VOSS SECOND SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT
<br />THEREOF;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment recorded
<br />on October 11, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200210927 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
