<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the of October, 2002, First Union National Bank of North
<br />Carolina, as Trustee for the registered holders of Emergent Home Equity Loan Pass Through Certificate Series 1997 -03,
<br />as plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Ralph E. Medcalf, Janis M. Medcalf,
<br />aWa Janis M. Setsodi, G.A.C., Tmstee, Household Finance Corporation, Assignee Beneficiary, Riverside Acres
<br />Property Owner's Association, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names unknown, as defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of such Petition being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of tiust given by said Ralph E. Medcalf and Janis M.
<br />Medcalf, a/k/a Janis M. Setsodi, husband and wife, to G.A.C., as Trustee, for the benefit of Emergent Mortgage Corp.,
<br />d/b /a HomeGold, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the
<br />above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief, that such deed of trust is dated July 14,
<br />1997 and was duly recorded on July 14, 1997, as Instrument No. 97- 105568 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and conveyed to such trustee the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
