<br />with Power of Sale
<br />THIS IS A DEED OF TRUST made the date set forth on the last page
<br />hereof. The trustor is LK Holdings, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, 732 N. 1291" Street,
<br />Omaha, Nebraska 68154 (herein referred to as "Trustor "). The trustee is Jeffrey A.
<br />Johnson, Attorney at Law, 501 Pierce Street, #300, P.O. Box 3207, Sioux City, Iowa
<br />51102 -3207 (herein referred to as "Trustee "). The beneficiary is First American Bank,
<br />800 Gordon Drive, P.O. Box 5457, Sioux City, Iowa 51102 -5457 (herein referred to as
<br />" Beneficiary").
<br />Trustor, in consideration of the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand
<br />Dollars ($1,500,000.00) loaned by Beneficiary to Maple Gardens Apartments, LLC ,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust, with
<br />power of sale, the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (S % SW %) of Section
<br />Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6' P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said S' /3 SW %;
<br />thence southerly along the West line of said SW '/< a
<br />distance of 73.0 feet; thence deflecting left 88° 41'
<br />13" and running easterly, a distance of 168.0 feet;
