200212O23 <br />AMENDMENT TO "AGREEMENT FOR RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS" <br />RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR EAGLE LAKE SUBDIVISION <br />The undersigned, being a lot owner in Eagle Lake Subdivision, hereby consents to <br />the following Amendment to the Agreement: <br />The lot owners agree to keep the shoreline abutting the lot owned by the lot owner <br />in a good state of repair, and the owners agree that no unsightly docks will be constructed <br />or used by any such owners. No boat storage garages shall be built on the lake shore. <br />No lot shall be increased in size by filling in the water it abuts. All new dock construction <br />or modification of existing docks shall be approved by the architectural committee prior to <br />construction or modification. <br />Building Requirement: Area requirements. Each dwelling, garage and outbuilding <br />on each residential lot shall have a roof constructed of wooden shake shingles, unless <br />other roofing materials are approved in advance of construction by the Board of Directors. <br />Each residential lot will have no more than one (1) dwelling thereon and such dwellings will <br />meet the following minimum square feet requirements, which minimum square feet shall <br />not include garages or open porches: <br />A. Any two story dwelling erected shall have a minimum of 900 square feet on <br />the ground floor. <br />B. Any one story dwelling shall have a minimum square footage of 1,500 square <br />feet on the ground floor. <br />C. Any split level or split foyer type dwelling shall have a minimum of 1,500 <br />square feet above ground level and the finished sub - basement shall not be included in <br />computing 1,500 square feet. <br />n I A <br />
