KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Derek Hempel, a single person , Trustor, to
<br />HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated 7/6/00 , and recorded _7/12/00 , in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of _Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br /># 020015641 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in
<br />writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
