Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust JOAN E SNYDER, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, forthe benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 1 2001 and recorded MAY 8.2001 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200104219 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK ONE (1), CONTINENTAL GARDENS SUBDIVISION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
