CHARLES R WINKLER AND DORIS L WINKLER, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants,

<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by
<br />Assignee in the amount of $6,341.00, the Lease dated September 1, 1992, whereinKUESTER LAKE, INC., is
<br />the Lessor and Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises:

<br />EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4) OF SECTION
<br />THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $6,341.00, with interest and according to the
<br />provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said
<br />Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
