c1 r <br />7° = D <br />c n U. <br />CD rri <br />Q n n z <br />n= N � n N a <br />O <br />CD <br />f1i O co <br />Cn o <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT "' ME <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 23rd day October, 2002, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />Daniel H. and Gretchen D. Eakes, a married couple <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust /Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />SUITE #2827, PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated June 27, 2002, and filed for record on July 10, 20022 by the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200207204. <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of October 17, 2002; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO October 17, 2008. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust /Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITT•�ESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND <br />Vide President/Lending <br />Daniel H.
