<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust DANIEL P MONROY AND CARRIE L
<br />MONROY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated April 30, 1999 and recorded May 6, 1999 in the office of the

<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
