GARRY L. WILLIAMS and JEANNE S. WILLIAMS, husband and wife, herein called

<br />Subdivision; thence westerly along the southerly line of Lot Four (4) said
<br />Firethorne Estates Subdivision, a distance of two hundred ninety (290.0) feet
<br />to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence deflecting right 88 149'19" and
<br />running in a northerly direction, a distance of one hundred fifteen (115.0)
