Emerton, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee <br />of the Deed of Trust dated August 30, 2001, executed by Donald C. Rasmussen and Barbara M. <br />Rasmussen, husband and wife, as Tmstors in which The State Bank of Cairo is named as <br />Beneficiary, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200108864, on the 4" day of September, 2001 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Thomas A. Emerton, Successor Trustee, has received <br />from The State Bank of Cairo, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey, part of the real estate <br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />A tract of land being part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter IS 1/2, NW 1/4) and part of <br />the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N 1/2, SW 1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Eleven (11) West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: Referring to the Northwest Corner of Government Lot 4 <br />of Section 5 and assuming the West line of Government Lot 4 and the West line of South Half of <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 5 as bearing S 00 001'25" W and all bearings contained herein <br />are relative thereto; thence S 00 001'25" W and on the West line of Government Lot 4 and the <br />West line of South Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5 a distance of 1640.74 feet to <br />the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING, said place of beginning being on the South line of the <br />North 100 acres of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5; thence continuing S 00 °01'25" W <br />and on the West line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5 a distance of <br />820.34 feet to the Southwest Comer of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5; thence S <br />00001'11 " W and on the West line of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 5 <br />a distance of 206.0 feet; thence S 89 °36'53" E a distance of 66.0 feet; thence N 89 °47'06" E a <br />distance of 1796.89 feet; thence N 69 °42'41" E a distance of 95.98 feet; thence N 56 039'25" E a <br />distance of 341.76 feet; thence N 43011'43 " E a distance of 324.04 feet; thence N 31 °19'49 "E a <br />distance of 350.65 feet; thence N 87 °21'08" E a distance of 30.15 feet to a point on the East line <br />of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5; thence N 00 °32'34" W and on the <br />East line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5 a distance of 262.26 feet to <br />a point on the South line of the North 100 acres of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 5; <br />thence S 89 °59'23" W on the South line of the North 100 acres of the Northwest Quarter of said <br />Section 5 and parallel with the North line of Government Lot 3 and the North line of <br />Government Lot 4 of said Section 5 a distance of 2669.76 feet to the place of beginning <br />containing 57.08 acres more or less of which 0.78 acres more or less are presently being used for <br />road purposes on the East side. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />
