THIS DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made on October 30th, 2002 <br />The Truster is MICHAEL A NELSON AND MELISSA D NELSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />( "Borrower "). The trustee is Arend R Haack, Attorney <br />( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Home Federal Savings and Loan Aeon of Grand Island <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of The State of Nebraska , and <br />whose address is 221 South Locust St Grand Island HE 68801- <br />( "Lender "). Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of <br />EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND 00 /100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 87, 300. 00 ). <br />This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ( "Note "), which <br />provides for monthly payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on November 1, 2032 <br />.
