<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, DELL PALU and
<br />DOROTHY PALU, husband and wife, hereby releases the Mortgage made by CHARLES
<br />THOMAS TOUT and LINDA COWART TOUT, husband and wife, on the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Northerly Fifty and Twenty Five Hundredths (50.25) feet of Lot Five (5),
<br />in Block Ninety -Nine (99), in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which is recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 84- 003442 in the records of
<br />Hall County.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said DELL PALU and DOROTHY PALU, husband
<br />and wife caused these presents to be executed hereto on day of October, 2002.
