<br />Ramon L. Mieth, Personal Representative of the Estate of Kathleen L. Mieth, Deceased,
<br />pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Thayer County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys
<br />and releases to RAMON L. MIET'H, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201):
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S] /2 NW I/4)
<br />of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, except however, that portion thereof transfcned to Norman S.
<br />Mieth and Sherd L. Mieth by deed dated December 18, 1980, said deed being recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 19, 1981, as document number
<br />81- 000575, said excepted real estate deeded to Norman S. Mieth and Sherd L. Mieth as above set
<br />forth being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW l /4) of said Section Four (4); thence Northerly along the West ]me of said
<br />Section Four (4) a distance of 486.37 feet; thence deflecting right 88'30'17" and running Easterly a
<br />distance of 737.33 feet; thence deflecting right 103 °57'23" and running Southwesterly a distance of
<br />655.82 feet; thence deflecting right 75 °37'23" and running Westerly a distance of 595.67 feet to the
<br />West line of said Section Four (4); thence Northerly along the West line of said Section Four (4) a
<br />distance of 154.73 feet to the point of beginning and contahming 9.767 acres more or less; AND ALSO
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 NWl /4),
<br />and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 SW 1/4), of Section Four (4),
<br />Township Eleven (I1) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corer of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(N W 1/4); thence southerly along the west line of said Section Four (4), a distance of One Hundred
<br />Fifty -four and seventy-three Hundredths (154.73') feet; thence deflecting left 91 °54'57 "and running
<br />easterly a distance of Five Hundred Ninety-five and sixty-seven Hundredths (595.67) feet to THE
<br />ACTUAL POINT OF BEGENNING; thence deflecting left 88 °05'03 "and running northerly a distance
<br />of Six Hundred Thirty -six and seventy-three Hundredths (636.73') feet; thence deflecting right
<br />88°30' 17 "and running ing easterly a distance of One Hundred Forty -one and sixty-six Hundredths
<br />(141.66') feet thence deflecting right 103°57'23 "and twining southerly a distance of Six Hundred
