<br />DRAPAL, A SINGLE MAN as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK A FSB as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA. INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 5. 1999, and
