<br />DRAPAL, A SINGLE MAN as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK A FSB as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA. INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 5. 1999, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 99- 103703 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
