<br />as UNITED -NEBRASKA BANK, the Trustee under -a certain Deed of Trust re- recorded as 71
<br />Instrument No. 94- 100235 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, in consideration Y \
<br />of payment of the indebtedness securing an original Deed of Trust recorded December 10,E
<br />1993, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 93- 110827 and
<br />payment of the indebtedness secured by the re- recorded Deed of Trust as Instrument No. 94-
