Z <br />0 <br />CD <br />20021179 0 <br />N <br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST <br />C> Cn <br />o y <br />c D <br />� m <br />c T <br />n <br />N <br />Whereas, Lee W Schuppan and Misty D Schuppan, husband and wife, by thew deed of trust dated November 23, 1998 and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 112233 did convey unto <br />City National Bank and Trust Company, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, described as: <br />LOT ONE (1), SCHUPPAN FARMS SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />O CD <br />Q <br />O <br />O y <br />N C <br />r <br />to secure their note for $5,000.00 with interest payable as therein provided; and <br />Whereas, the said Lee W Schuppan and Misty D Schuppan, husband and wife by their deed of trust dated <br />October 11 , 2002, and recorded in said Register of Deeds office on October 21 , 2002, as <br />Instrument Number 200211350 did convey unto Central National Bank, as trustee, the said premises <br />to secure payment of their note in an aggregate sum notto exceed Eighty Four Thousand ($ 84, 0OA, 00 <br />with interest, payable as therein provided; and <br />Whereas, the notes secured by the trust deed first described are held by City National Bank and Trust Company as sole <br />owner and not as agent for collection, pledge or in trust for any person, firm or corporation; and <br />Whereas, said owner wishes to subordinate the lien of the trust deed first described to the lien of the trust deed, in Book as <br />Instrument Number 200211350 , secondly described; <br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to City National Bank and Trust Company in <br />hand paid, the said City National Bank and Trust Company, as Beneficiary does hereby covenant and agree with the said <br />Central National Bank as trustee, for the use and benefit of the legal holder of the notes secured by said trust deed secondly <br />herein described that the lien of the notes owned by said City National Bank and Trust Company and of the trust deed securing <br />the same shall be and remain at all times a second lien upon the premises thereby conveyed subject to the lien of the trust deed <br />to said Central National Bank as aforesaid for all advances made or to be made on the notes secured by said last named trust <br />deed and for all other purposes specified therein, and said City National Bank and Trust Company, as Beneficiary does hereby <br />acknowledge that the recording information on the trust deed secondly described will be inserted after the execution of this <br />document and that action is ratified. <br />Witness the hand and seal of said <br />City National Bank and Trust Company, Beneficiary <br />3rd dayof October ,2002. <br />by Ljn �°°Lz6 w»n <br />print name ]Z; 5.
