<br />RF indenture, made this day of September, 2002, effective May 26, 1998, by and between
<br />B AIR Oil COMPANY 6160 South Syracuse Way, Suite 110, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, party
<br />of the first part, and those parties named below, collectively referred to as party of the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That party of the first part in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, quitclaim, grant, bargain,
<br />sell and convey unto party of the second part, in the proportions set forth below, their heirs, and assigns
<br />forever, all of the real estate described fully on Exhibit "A ", attached hereby and made a part hereof, situated in
<br />the Casty of HALL State of Nebraska.

<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto said party of the second part, their heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />This Mineral Quitclaim Deed is in lieu of and supersedes any previously executed Mineral Quitclaim Deed
<br />by and between Bellaire Oil Company and High Plains Associates, Inc.
