<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 29, 2000, and recorded on December
<br />29, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Instrument No. 0200011246 wherein Levi L. Loeffelholz
<br />and Orena K. Crow, both single persons are named Trustors; and
<br />Aames Funding Corporation, dba Aames Home Loan Corporation is named
<br />Beneficiary; and Walter L. Griffiths, ESQ is named Trustee, wherein
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $31,500.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Aames Funding Corporation, dba Aames Home
<br />Loan Corporation to U.S. Bank National Association by an Assignment
<br />dated December 29, 2000 and recorded on July 22, 2002 in Instrument
<br />No. 0200207558 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
