<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of

<br />from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto KEVIN KENYON, the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />(SE4SW4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten

<br />Hall County, NEbraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to his heirs
<br />and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with his heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance
<br />and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br />same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title
<br />to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all
