<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto WENDELL L. FAEH and NANCY G.
<br />FAEH, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
<br />and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following described

<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Allen E. Bales, Deceased.
