<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, pursuant to 30 -2476 (23) of the Nebraska\
<br />Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER
<br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received from Grantees, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto WENDELL L. FAEH and NANCY G.
<br />FAEH, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
<br />and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following described
<br />real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Roush's Pleasantville Terrace Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantees and Grantees' heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Allen E. Bales, Deceased.
