Wenzl, conveys to Grantee the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201). <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township <br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6h P.M.
