<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JAMES F HARRIE, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JANUARY 24. 1994 and recorded JANUARY 31. 1994 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />94- 100869 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING MODIFICATION AGREEMENTS
<br />DATED NOVEMBER 16, 2001 AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 26, 2001 AS DOC #
<br />0200112013,0200112014; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 26,
<br />2001 AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 26, 2001 AS DOC # 0200112015;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK TWENTY -SEVEN (27) IN CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
