KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT, WHEREAS, Kevin Woodward and Suzette Woodward, husband and wife, <br />formerly of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, executed the following: <br />1. A Deed of Trust dated September 16, 1999, duly recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska on September 21, <br />1996, entered as Instrument No. 0099109316, <br />and; <br />2. A Deed of Trust dated February 8, 2001, duly recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska on February 13, <br />2001, entered as Instrument No. 0200101076, <br />in said office, conveying to CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, certain real estate, in <br />trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein. Said real estate is <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3), in Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said <br />trust have been fully satisfied; <br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of ONE <br />DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto <br />the present owner or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and <br />assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which it has <br />under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of <br />Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging forever.
