I m N Z o c> cn <br />ka <br />J; <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />y O T <br />r'r z <br />N <br />H <br />r ➢ <br />� <br />rY � ` N <br />s <br />'3 <br />200211466 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />o <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed of Trust dated July 18, 2002, executed by William Gomes and Agnes Gomes; Husband <br />and Wife, as Tmstor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, 1 -fall County Nebraska, on July <br />9 <br />26, 2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200207737, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2) AND THREE (3), BIRMINGHAM ESTATES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, AND LOT TWENTY -FOUR (24), SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6) IN KERNOHAN AND <br />DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND ALL THAT <br />PORTION OF VACATED ALLEY VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO, 5070 RECORDED IN BOOK 22, PAGE 306 <br />IN THE OFFICE OF 'INE REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, LYING BETWEEN LOTS <br />THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) AND LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6) IN BLOCK SIX (6), KERNOHAN AND <br />DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21 st day of October, 2002. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: JAY L.
