<br />Commencing at the North -east corner of said Section 21 and running thence Westerly
<br />along and upon the North line of said Section 21, a distance of 330' to the point of
<br />beginning; running thence Southerly and parallel to the East line of said Section 21,
<br />a distance of 445; running thence Westerly and parallel to the North line of said
<br />Section 21, a distance of 990; running thence Northerly, parallel to the Easterly line
<br />of said Section 21, to the North line of said Section 21 and for a distance of 445';
<br />running thence Easterly and upon the North line of said Section 21, a distance of 990'

<br />10 acre tract previously conveyed to Doyle Harders, a/k/a Doyle E. Harders and
<br />Donna R. Harders, as joint tenants and as described in the Deed recorded in Book
<br />166 at Page 133 of the official deed records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter, except
<br />3.64 acres to highway, in Section 18, Township 11 N, Range 11, West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -fourth interest in the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
<br />11 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township I I
<br />North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., and one -third interest in grain bins and two
<br />large metal buildings (1124 S. Burwick Road), Hall County, Nebraska - See
<br />Attached.
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />HOWEVER, granting unto DONNA R. HARDERS a life estate therein, for and during her natural
<br />life, pursuant to the provisions of Article N of the probated Last Will and Testament of Doyle
<br />Handers, deceased.
