LEPP, DECEASED. <br />Upon consideration of the Application for Informal Probate of <br />Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, the <br />undersigned Registrar finds that: <br />1. The Application is complete. <br />2. The Applicant has made oath or affirmation that the <br />statements contained in the Application are true to the best of the <br />Applicant's knowledge and belief. <br />3. The Applicant appears to be an interested person as <br />defined in Nebraska Probate Code section 30- 2209(21). <br />4. On the basis of statements in the Application, venue is <br />proper. <br />S. An original, duly executed and apparently unrevoked Will <br />dated April 21, 1993, with Codicil dated July 29, 1993, is in this <br />Registrar's possession. <br />6. Any Notice required by Nebraska Probate Code section 30- <br />2413 has been given, and the Application is not within Nebraska <br />Probate Code section 30 -2417 relating to a series of unrevoked <br />wills. <br />7. At least 120 hours have expired since the Decedent's <br />death. <br />WHEREFORE, the undersigned Registrar does hereby: - <br />A. Issue a Statement of Informal Probate of the foregoing <br />instrument, which is hereby declared to be valid by this Statement <br />of Informal Probate. <br />B.
