<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />This instrument, made this )—day of October, 2002, between Eric H. Lindquist, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ", pursuant to
<br />a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on November 25, 1998 as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 111556 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Federal National Mortgage Association, hereinafter called "Grantee ":
<br />WHEREAS, on April 5, 2002, Eric H. Lindquist, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice
<br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Richard L. Rewolinski, a single person, Tmstor,
<br />under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on November 25, 1998 as hvstrument No. 98- 111556 of
<br />the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering
<br />that certain premises described as:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1), ISLAND ACRES NUMBER TWO (2), CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy
<br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on April 10, 2002 as Instrument No. 2002 -03902 of the Miscellaneous
<br />Records of said County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on August 14, 2002, Grantor caused to be published in the
<br />The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County courthouse, 1" & Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Hall county, Nebraska, at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2002. Publication of such notice
<br />was made for five consecutive weeks on August 14, 2002, August 21, 2002, August 28, 2002,
<br />September 4, 2002 and September 11, 2002, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not
<br />more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of sale.
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to 0 parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008
<br />R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John B. McDermott, attorney for Eric H.
<br />Lindquist, Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,
<br />offer said properly for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Chase Manhattan Mortgage
<br />Corporation for the sum of $82,726.73, it being the highest bidder therefor. Chase Manhattan
<br />Mortgage Corporation has assigned all of its right, title, and interest in and to such bid to Grantee.
