<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed

<br />as Truster, for the benefit of PINNACLE BANE, which Deed of Trust was recorded

<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;

<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
