<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness seemed by the Notice of Lease, which was
<br />recorded as Document No. 94- 107598 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />and Collateral Assignment of Lease, which was recorded as Document No. 94- 107597 in
<br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, of the conveying parry Shay P.
<br />McGowan, D.D.S. has been paid and said party has requested that this Assignment be
<br />released:
<br />SUITE 102 CONSISTING OF 1325 SQUARE FEET ON THE FIRST FLOOR, TOGETHER
<br />WITH THE BASEMENT THEREUNDER IN THE DENTAL CENTER BUILDING SITUATED
<br />UPON THAT REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED AS
<br />LOT TWO (2) IN MEDICAL PARK SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRAS
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request, the undersigned receiving party does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person entitled thereto all the interest in said Notice of Lease and
<br />Collateral Assignment of Lease.
