<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust KYLE. NABITY AND SHAYLA
<br />NABITY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK ,'Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated APRIL 11, 2001 and recorded APRIL 17, 2001 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered as INSTRUMENT N 0200103319 of the Trust Deed Records
<br />of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
