I <br />200211173 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 2, 1993 executed by Cresencio Gutierrez <br />Hernandez & Maria Carmen Madrid Barragan, in which Five Points Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register', <br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #93- 110793, on the 15th day of <br />December, 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />THE SOUTHERLY SEVENTY -FIVE AND SEVEN TENTHS (75.7) FEET OF LOT TEN <br />(10) BLOCK FORTY EIGHT (48), OF RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7TH day of october, 2002. <br />FIVE POINTS BAry , TRUSTEE <br />.SF..A�. <br />By: Tim A.
