SICKLER, husband and wife, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of estate planning, conveys to GRANTEE, <br />TERRY L. SICKLER, Trustee of the TERRY L. SICKLER REVOCABLE TRUST <br />DATED OCTOBER 14, 2002, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev.
