You are hereby given notice of default under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Myriam Maldonado and Evelio Maldonado, wife and
<br />husband, dated June 5, 2000, and recorded June 28, 2000, as
<br />Document No. 0200005285 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; said Deed of Trust securing the following
<br />property:
<br />The Southerly Eighty Feet (S80') of the Easterly Thirty Feet
<br />(E30') of Lot Eight (8) , Block Thirty -Six (36) , Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has
<br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became due
<br />and payable under a Promissory Note dated June 5, 2000, and
<br />designated as Loan No. 767277, in the principal sum of Sixteen
<br />Thousand Dollars ($16,000), with a total principal balance due and
<br />owing as of October 8, 2002, of Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy
<br />Dollars and Fifty -Three Cents ($6,670.53), unpaid interest of One
<br />Hundred Sixty -Nine Dollars and Fifty -Three Cents ($169.53) , escrow
<br />charges of Two Hundred Thirty -Eight Dollars and Thirty -Six Cents
<br />($238.36) , and late charges of One Hundred Thirty Dollars and
<br />Twelve Cents ($130.12), for a total pay off of Seven Thousand Two
<br />Hundred Eight Dollars and Fifty -Four Cents ($7,208.54), and per
<br />diem interest accruing at the rate of $2.26 from and after October
<br />8, 2002.
<br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, Five
<br />Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default
<br />and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has
<br />determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligations referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within thirty (30) days of the filing
<br />of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deed of Trust may be
<br />thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska Statute § 76 -1012.
