DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness seemed by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />STAROS -FKA, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, Trustm, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated APRIL 20,
<br />2001, and recorded MAY 15, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as document P 0200104542 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in
<br />writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision of part of Block 1, Nelsen Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; except the Sellers shall retain an additional 8
<br />foot easement on the westerly side of such lot adjoining and 8 feet easterly of the 8 foot easement
<br />to be used for utility pruposes;
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
