<br />You are hereby notified that Walter E. Cadwalader, a single man and Jana L. Hoff, a single woman, as
<br />'1'rustors, did on or about May 5, 2000, make, execute and deliver unto First American Title Insurance Company,
<br />Trustee, a Dccd of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) of Abrahamson's Subdivision of Block Forty Two (42) of Charles
<br />Warmer's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trusturs obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 9, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No 2000 - 03762.
<br />On or about May 8, 2000, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Decd of Trust to Fleet Mortgage Corp. The Assignment was recorded May 9, 2000, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2000- 03763.
<br />On or about April 2, 2001, Fleet Mortgage Corp., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was recorded October
<br />15, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inshument No. 2001 - 10405.
<br />Camille R. hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trusters for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trusters have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due anti payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />dew,ibed in said Deed of Trust to satisfy .said obligation.
