DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated MARCH 19, 1999, executed by MARION GUSTAV JUNGCK AND SHARON
<br />JEANNE JUNGCK, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of UNION BANK AND
<br />TRUST COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded MARCH 22, 1999 as Instrument No.
<br />99- 102961, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
