QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />CHRISTOPHER W. FILA and TONICA FILA, Husband and Wife,
<br />Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND
<br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />quitclaim and convey to CHARLENE R. FILA, Personal Representative
<br />of the Estate of LOLA C. BENSON, Deceased, Grantee, the real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. Section 76 -201) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. This Deed is given and executed by the Grantor to
<br />correct and rescind a Deed that was given and recorded as Document
<br />No. 02X'00203306 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds,
<br />for the reason that said original Deed was given without authority
<br />and beyond the power granted in the Power of Attorney executed by
<br />LOLA C. BENSON dated January 10, 2002. The property being
<br />reconveyed is legally described as follows:
<br />Lot One Hundred (100), West Lawn Addition, to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
