<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 95- 104313, has been paid on
<br />OCTOBER 9, 2002
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and Interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Lot Four (4) and the Westerly Sixteen (16) Feet of Lot Three (3), In Block Ninety -two (92), in
<br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
<br />trust deed.
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial reconveyance at
