Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by SUSAN A.
<br />MAYHEW AND CARL MAYHEW, WIFE AND HUSBAND to WILLIAM A.
<br />FRANCIS, A MEMBER OF THE NEBRASKA STATE BAR ASSOCIATION, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of BARBARA A. FOWLE AND LARRY W. FOWLE, WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND AND JOANNE J. CHODY AND SYLVESTER CHODY, WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 29, 1998 and recorded January
<br />5, 1999 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 99-
<br />100085, and has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to

<br />(W f /2EI/2), all being in Block Fifteen (15), in Windolph's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
