<br />First National Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 4th Day
<br />of SEPTEMBER, 2001, and recorded the 18th Day of September, 2001 in
<br />INSTRUMENT No. 0200109469 by Register of Deeds, HALL COUNTY, Nebraska,
<br />thereof, and wherein said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of note paid in full and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest
