<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KENNETH L
<br />SCHWIEGER AND JANICE E SCHWIEGER. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 21, 2001
<br />and recorded , APRIL 6. 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200102928 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the

<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE EASTERLY 14.5 FEET OF LOT THIRTY TWO (32) ALL OF LOT THIRTY THREE
<br />(33) AND THE WESTERLY 12 FEET OF LOT THIRTY FOUR (34) ALL IN BLOCK THREE
<br />(3) BLAIN ADDITION CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
