<br />WILSON, A SINGLE PERSON as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK A FSB as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA. INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 24. 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book
<br />_ Page or Instrument Number 98- 101703 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
