<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RICHARD C
<br />KING AND REBECCA B KING, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Betook, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dazed JULY 8. 1996 and recorded
<br />JULY 16. 1996 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 96- 105502 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
