The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated
<br />June 21, 2000, and recorded on June 28, 2000, as Instrument No.
<br />200005274, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, executed by Barbara Ellen Wize, single, a /k /a Barbara E.
<br />Wize, as Truster, in which Wayne R. Stock,Inc., A Nebraska
<br />Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a
<br />breach of obligation for which the Trust Property was conveyed as
<br />security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the Truster's
<br />failure to make payment of hazard insurance premium when due in
<br />accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed. You are hereby
<br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by
<br />said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of June 1, 2002, is in the
<br />amount of $35,347.50 plus interest and late charges thereafter, and
<br />further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has
<br />elected to sell or cause to he sold the Trust Property to satisfy
<br />the obligation under the Trust Deed. The Trust Property affected
<br />is:
