Contracting Owners The Contracting Owners are: <br />Mitchell S Spencer and Susan R Spencer, as husband and wife <br />2. Real Estate The real estate being improved or directly benefited by the improvement is: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (Sl/2NE1 /4SEI /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (Sl/2NE1 /4SEI /4), thence running northerly on the west line of said South <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (Sl /2NE1 /4SEI /4) a distance of Six <br />Hundred Fifty Nine and Seventy Eight Hundredths (659.78) feet to the northwest corner of <br />said South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (Sl /2NEI /4SEI /4); thence <br />deflecting right 90° 10' 26" and running easterly on the north line of said South Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SI/2NEI /4SE1/4) a distance of Six Hundred Sixty <br />Eight and Six Tenths (668.60) feet; thence deflecting right 89° 43' 30" and running southerly a <br />distance of Six Hundred Fifty Nine and Eight Tenths (659.80) feet to a point on the south line <br />of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2NE1 /4SEI /4); <br />thence deflecting right 90° 16'35" and running westerly on the south line of said South Half of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SI/2NEI /4SEI /4) a distance of SE Hundred <br />Sixty Nine and Seventy Seven Hundredths (669.77) feet, to the point of beginning. <br />3. IF A CONSTRUCTION LIEN IS RECORDED AGAINST ANY IMPROVEMENT COVERED BY <br />THIS NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT, THE LIEN WILL HAVE PRIORITY FROM THE TIME THIS <br />NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS RECORDED, AS PROVIDED BY NEB.
