This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 2nd day October, 2002, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />Michael Galvan and Marilyn Galvan, husband and wife
<br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />Lot One (1), Galvan Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which Deed of Trus /Mortgage was dated April 4, 2002, and filed for record on April 8, 2002, in the
<br />office of the HALL COUNTY REGIS T�K Vh'Dlir;DS OPMUt, MALL eLFUN I Y, NLDi aI A as - - --
<br />Instrument No. 0200203748 .
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust /Mortgage had a stated maturity date of October 4, 2002 and then
<br />was extended to October 4, 2007;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. SLAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />1'mst /Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO October 4, 2007.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
