Gartner and Veronica A. Gartner, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as "Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Instrument #98- 103447 on the 14th day of April, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed off rust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Capital Heights Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN Wit NESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 30th day of September, 2002. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE.
