<br />received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Timothy A. Donovan and Colleen M.
<br />Donovan, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), Colonial Estates Sixth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with an tenements, hereditamcnts, appurtenances and
<br />reservations thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them
<br />forever.
<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with thew assigns and with the heirs and assigns s,
<br />the survivor of [hem that s of re is lawfully wired taxes said special that they are free from envied ora s except covenants,
<br />easements and restrictions of record{ all regular tries end special assessments, except those levied or assessed subsequent
