0 <br />q <br />E <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated August 19, 1993, and executed by Bens' Drug Store, Inc., and Benedict P. <br />Wassingeq as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument No. 93-107341 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County <br />dated August 27, 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />The Northerly Eighty (80) feet of the Westerly Twenty Two (22) feet, of Lot Four (4) in Block Sixty Six <br />(66), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with all party wall <br />rights thereto belonging. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 30" day of September, 2002. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE OINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />ra oyle <br />itle: Executive i President <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 30" day of September, <br />2002, by Edward M.
